Each box contains two each of the following flavors:
Raspberry Heart - raspberry puree flavors this dark chocolate ganache rounded out with Raspberry Brandy from local St. George distillery
Yuzu - homemade yuzu fruit marmalade made from yuzu fruit from my brother’s orchard in Nicasio flavor this dark ganache
Jasmine Tea - 70 % Guanaja chocolate from Valrhona is infused with organic green Jasmine pearl tea
Rainforest Caramel - chocolate cream caramel made with macadamia nuts, cashews and vanilla bean
Crunchy Gianduja - homemade praline paste from caramelized hazelnuts and almonds combined with dark and milk chocolates and feuilletine crunch.
Passion Fruit - passion fruit ganache atop a pâte de fruits made with passion fruit puree
NOTE: The Valentine order deadline is February 11, 2020 by 12pm PST for priority mail and February 12 , 2020 for local pick up.
Store chocolates at cool room temperature and never in direct sun even if air temperature is cool, e.g. in a car near the windows. Refrigerating your chocolates might affect their appearance.
